         Opdrachtgever zet een aanbesteding in de markt teneinde één (1) inschrijving te krijgen voor de levering en hosting van software inclusief dienstverlening op gebied van implementatie, adoptie en beheer. De Aanbestedingsprocedure heeft als algemeen doel het sluiten van twee Overeenkomsten met twee Opdrachtnemer(s). Eén (1) Overeenkomst met een leverancier voor het leveren van software, licenties en hosting en één (1) met een leverancier voor dienstverlening op het gebied van implementatie-, adoptie en beheer. De volledige Opdracht zal worden gegund aan de Inschrijver met de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
