Uitbreiding van de opdracht tot maximaal 50% inzake noodzakelijke functionaliteiten, functionele verbeteringen en extra licenties. De aard van de werkzaamheden blijft ongewijzigd. De wijziging vindt plaats conform Artikel 2.163d Aanbestedingswet 2012.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Tijdens het gebruik van de Nieuwsvoorziening zijn extra functionaliteiten en verbeteringen noodzakelijk gebleken voor het realiseren van de te leveren producten en diensten binnen de organisatie. Hiermee wordt ingespeeld op actuele ontwikkelingen als o.a.; Corona, stikstofproblematiek en oorlog en ontwikkelingen in Oekraïne.
