         Koop en levering van culinaire pakketten bestaande uit jaarlijks terugkerende pakketten en de incidentele pakketten. Voorbeelden van de jaarlijks terugkerende pakketten zijn: de winterpakketten en paas- en sinterklaasgeschenken (kan in de toekomst veranderen).

         Denk bij incidentele pakketten aan het leveren van borrelboxen, barbecuepakketten voor een zomerevent of ontbijt- en/of lunchboxen.

         U staat ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel en mag in Nederland de voor de opdracht benodigde werkzaamheden uitvoeren.

         Als geschiktheidseis geldt dat u beschikt over de ervaring (kerncompetenties) die wij noodzakelijk achten om de opdracht te kunnen uitvoeren.

         Kerncompetentie 1:

         U heeft aantoonbare ervaring met het verzorgen en leveren van culinaire pakketten bestaande uit houdbare voeding, dranken aan tenminste 350 personen in een tijdsbestek van maximaal één week;

         Kerncompetentie 2:

         U heeft aantoonbare ervaring met samenstellen van culinaire themapakketten waarbij opdrachtnemer een adviserende rol heeft voor het bepalen van de thema’s en verantwoordelijk is voor de concrete invulling voor het thema in overleg met opdrachtgever;

         Kerncompetentie 3:

         U heeft aantoonbare ervaring met het leveren van culinaire pakketten in minimaal 8 van de 12 provincies verspreid in Nederland (of een geografisch gebied ten minste even groot is) in een tijdsbestek van maximaal één week;

         Kerncompetentie 4:

         U heeft aantoonbare ervaring met het verwerken van persoonsgegevens volgens de Algemene Verordening Persoonsgegevens (AVG). Het gaat hierbij om de NAW-gegevens.
