         Aanbestedende dienst wenst met onderhavige opdracht externe re-integratie trajecten in te kopen voor vijf verschillende doelgroepen. De betreffende doelgroepen hebben afstand van langer dan een jaar tot de arbeidsmarkt of een afstand van ondernemerschap, en behoefte aan een meer specifieke en langere begeleiding nodig dan dat het interne re-integratie traject bij het Participatiebedrijf van gemeente Eindhoven (hier na te noemen Ergon) of team Bbz hen kan bieden.

         Voor elk perceel willen we maximaal vijf aanbieders contracteren, zodat de continuïteit is geborgd, en er monitoring van kwaliteit en effectiviteit kan plaats vinden.
