II.1.4)Short description:
Gecertificeerde medewerkers zijn een voorwaarde voor het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden in de terreinen en het werken in gebouwen. Het trainen van medewerkers van Staatsbosbeheerders vanwege eigen veiligheid én veiligheid van hun collega’s is een organisatieverantwoordelijkheid. Veilig werken en ‘zero accidents’ zijn beoogde doelen.
Het gaat hierbij om de volgende trainingen:
a. Bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV);
b. Veldhulpverlening (VHV);
c. Bosmaaien (Boma);
d. Kettingzagen.
De overeenkomst met de huidige leverancier van BHV en VHV loopt per 1 januari 2024 af. De overeenkomst met de huidige leverancier voor de trainingen Bosmaaien en Kettingzagen is per 1 januari 2023 afgelopen. Het doel is om met één of meerdere leveranciers een overeenkomst voor deze vier trainingen voor meerdere jaren af te sluiten.

De doelgroep van perceel 1 onderdeel BHV bestaat uit medewerkers die werkzaam zijn in de centrale en provinciale kantoren van Staatsbosbeheer én de medewerkers in de werkschuren die verantwoordelijk zijn of worden voor bedrijfshulpverlening in de gebouwen. In totaal zijn dat ongeveer 205 personen.
De doelgroep van perceel 1 voor onderdeel VHV bestaat uit medewerkers (ruim 600 personen) en vrijwilligers (270 personen) die in de beheerteams verantwoordelijke worden of zijn voor veldhulpverlening. In totaal zijn dat ongeveer 870 personen.

In totaal zijn dat ongeveer 275 personen. Voor Boma 2 zijn dat ongeveer 155 personen. In totaal voor Boma 1 en 2 zijn dat in totaal ongeveer 430 personen.
