         Het uitvoeren van Onderhoud (preventief en correctief) aan Elektrotechnische en Werktuigbouwkundige installaties. De door de Inschrijver uit te voeren werkzaamheden en te leveren diensten richten zich op het handhaven en verbeteren van de kwaliteit op lange termijn en het behouden van de goede conditie van de diverse Elektrotechnische en Werktuigbouwkundige installaties.

         Op hoofdlijnen bestaat de opdracht uit:

         • Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan (alle) bij contractingangsdatum aanwezige E&W installaties, zoals aangegeven onder het tabblad “Asset Regulier Onderhoud” in Bijlage 6 Prijslijst EA Onderhoud E&W. Zie tevens Bijlage 4 Technische specificaties voor verdere eisen;

         • Het uitvoeren van correctief onderhoud op verzoek (na opdracht) van de Gemeente;

         • Het opstellen van een degelijk planning waarin de Inschrijver de werkwijze en procedures voor het preventief onderhoud vastlegt;

         • Grootonderhoud/vervangingsonderhoud en losse opdrachten.
