         Deze aanbesteding omvat software (beschikbaarstelling en doorontwikkeling), onderhoud en service van de software, optionele migratie, training, begeleiding van de inrichting.

         De looptijd van de overeenkomst bedraagt drie (3) jaar met zeventien (17) keer een verlengingsmogelijkheid van één (1) jaar.

         De scope van de aanbesteding omvat de volgende

         • Enterprise architectuur

         • GRIC: Compliance, Risk en Informatie beveiliging

         • Koppelingen naar overige systemen

         • Migratieplan en realisatie

         • Implementatie en configuratie
