Stichting Katholiek Onderwijs Noordoost Twente (KONOT) en gemeente Losser zijn voornemens om in 2024 een overeenkomst te sluiten met een marktpartij of een samenwerkingsverband van marktpartijen voor het ontwerp en de realisatie van een toekomstbestendig en multifunctioneel gebouw in Beuningen, waarin onder meer de Mariaschool en het Dorpshuis gevestigd worden, inclusief de ruimtelijke inrichting van het terreinen en de relatie met de openbare ruimte. Er zijn voor deze bouwopgave stevige ambities en doelstellingen op de thema’s energie, circulariteit, ruimtelijke kwaliteit en sociale relevantie. In een bouwteam worden de mogelijkheden verkend en oplossingen gekozen die het best passen bij deze ambities en doelstellingen.

Tijdens deze marktconsultatie wordt een toelichting gegeven op deze bouwopgave en gaan wij graag met marktpartijen in gesprek over de aanpak.

Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is om de markt vroegtijdig te betrekken en uit te dagen om mee te denken in het realiseren van onze ambities en doelstellingen.

Stichting Konot en gemeente Losser benadrukken hierbij dat deze marktconsultatie niet tot doel heeft concrete partners te selecteren voor een opdracht. Het is daarom niet de bedoeling dat u zich aanmeldt voor een opdracht of daarvoor een offerte indient. Voor zover nodig wijzen wij u er op, dat uw deelname aan deze marktconsultatie op geen enkele wijze positieve of negatieve invloed zal hebben op uw mogelijkheid tot deelname aan de voorgenomen aanbesteding. Wel zullen we alle relevante input gebruiken voor het waar mogelijk verbeteren van onze specificaties en/of de aanpak van onze aanbesteding.
