         De scope van de opdracht is het in de plansoftware (Rx.Base) van gemeente Hoeksche Waard opstellen van een aanpassing van het tijdelijk omgevingsplan voor het buitengebied van gemeente Hoeksche Waard (hierna: omgevingsplan voor het buitengebied). Binnen deze opdracht hoort ook een aanbeveling vanuit opdrachtnemer voor welke juridische regels vragenbomen te maken, zodat dit Toepasbare Regels worden en ontsloten kunnen worden via het Omgevingsloket. Deze vragenbomen stelt opdrachtgever zelf op via de software STTR Builder.
