The VRU intends to purchase two ROV"s in 2023/2024 as part of a VRU innovation project. The aim of this project is to increase the diving safety and search capacity of the fire brigade diving teams. For this purpose, the VRU has drawn up a draft Programme of Requirements (PoR). VRU wishes to research through a market consultation:

• To what extent the concept PoR is in line with the possibilities in the market;

• Whether the functional requirements and wishes are possible, clear and feasible.

• The VRU also wishes to submit a number of questions to market parties.
