         De gemeenten Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen werken samen in één ambtelijke organisatie: de ABG-organisatie, hierna te noemen aanbestedende dienst of opdrachtgever. De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens om voor de realisatie van het gezamenlijk ambtenarenkantoor een architect te selecteren.

         De opdracht betreft hier het vervaardigen van:

         • een Voorlopig Ontwerp;

         • een Definitief Ontwerp;

         • een Technisch Ontwerp (bestek- en tekeningen;

         • tekeningen en berekeningen behorende bij de aanvraag omgevingsvergunning;

         • uitvoeringstekeningen voor de uitvoerende partij(en);

         • tekeningen voor de aanvraag omgevingsvergunning brandveilig

         gebruik;

         • de nodige overlegmomenten met de opdrachtgever;

         • Verder verwachten wij van de architect ten tijde van de uitvoering dat

         deze bouwvergaderingen en werkbesprekingen bezoekt en waar nodig

         maatvoeringen en alternatieven beoordeelt.
