         Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het afsluiten van één (1) Overeenkomst voor receptiedienstverlening. Aanbestedende Dienst wenst met deze aanbesteding de kwalitatief beste partij te contracteren, tegen de best mogelijke voorwaarden en zo laag mogelijke kosten. Het doel is één partij te selecteren welke in staat is om de receptiedienstverlening voor Aanbestedende Dienst optimaal uit te voeren.

         Aanbestedende Dienst wenst een vaste groep van drie (3) medewerkers welke zorg draagt voor de bezetting van de receptie tussen 07:30 en 18:00 uur. Van deze medewerkers is één (1) medewerker aanwezig van 07:30 tot 15:00 uur en één (1) medewerker van 10:00 tot 18:00 uur. In geval van ziekte en/of vakantie wordt gebruik gemaakt van een vaste ambulantenpoule waarbij de bezetting van de receptie en maximale ontzorging van de Aanbestedende Dienst is gegarandeerd. Onder de werkzaamheden van de medewerkers van de receptiedienst wordt onder andere verstaan het beantwoorden en doorverbinden van de telefoon

          Aanbestedende Dienst wil één (1) Overeenkomst afsluiten voor Receptiedienstverlening. Aanbestedende Dienst is van plan om aan één (1) Inschrijver de Opdracht te gunnen. De Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver met de economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving op basis van de beste prijs kwaliteit verhouding. In programma van eisen bijlage 5 en programma van wensen bijlage 6 zijn de verschillende Gunningscriteria en hun weging gegeven.
