         Aanleiding

         De gemeenten Zaltbommel, Maasdriel en ’s-Hertogenbosch en de provincies Gelderland en Noord-Brabant ontwikkelen samen met de Fietsersbond de hoogwaardige fietsroute F2, tussen Zaltbommel en ’s-Hertogenbosch. Het doel van de hoogwaardige fietsroute is om de fietstocht tussen Zaltbommel en ’s-Hertogenbosch sneller en veiliger te maken. Daarmee wordt het een aantrekkelijk alternatief voor de automobilist die op deze korte afstand (15 km) over de A2 rijdt. In het programma A2 Deil - Vught is deze hoogwaardige fietsroute opgenomen als een van de maatregelen om het fileprobleem op dat traject aan te pakken. De fietsroute is 15 kilometer lang en wordt uitgevoerd door de Provincie Gelderland.

         De fietsroute kruist tussen de treinstations van ’s-Hertogenbosch en Zaltbommel provinciale weg N322. De veiligste manier om dat te doen is via een fietstunnel. De Provincie Gelderland is voornemens die fietstunnel te laten realiseren.

         Te verrichten werkzaamheden

                      

         De ontwerpwerkzaamheden omvatten ten minste:

         Doorlopen ontwerpproces en via Voorontwerp komen tot een Definitief ontwerp /Uitvoeringsontwerp;

         Opstellen bestek;

         Opstellen tekeningen;

         Uitvoeren berekeningen constructie;

         Bepalen bemalingswijze en uitvoeren van daarbij behorende berekeningen;

         Verkeersmaatregelen;

         K&L afstemming en ontwerp;

         Kostenraming;

         Projectmanagement / Risicomanagement / (beperkt) Omgevingsmanagement;

         Vergunningsaanvragen;

         De realisatiewerkzaamheden omvatten ten minste:

         Uitvoeren van de ontworpen werkzaamheden en het realiseren van de fietstunnel en bijbehorende werkzaamheden zoals het realiseren van aansluitende fietspaden, toegangspad, openbare verlichting en dergelijke.
