         Het Rijksmuseum van Oudheden (hierna ook: RMO) is voornemens een overeenkomst te sluiten met één leverancier voor ICT dienstverlening en -levering zoals in deze selectieleidraad bedoeld. Deze Europese aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd volgens de Aanbestedingswet 2012. De aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd aan de hand van de niet-openbare procedure. De niet-openbare procedure bestaat uit een selectiefase en een inschrijvingsfase. Voor de inschrijvingsfase worden maximaal vijf gegadigden geselecteerd. De opdracht wordt uiteindelijk gegund aan de inschrijver met de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving gebaseerd op de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
