Bij alle opleidingen van FHK wordt bij de aanmelding gebruik gemaakt van een selectieproces, oftewel audities. Vaak wordt een voorselectie gedaan met digitale input van de aanmelders en worden kandidaten daarna voor een auditie/selectiedag uitgenodigd, waarna kandidaten worden beoordeeld en wel/niet worden toegelaten. Het inschrijfproces van een potentiële student begint bij een inschrijving via studielink en vervolgens een aanmelding voor toelating via de website. De FHK opleidingen hebben behoefte aan een intuïtief, effectief en efficiënt systeem die hen ondersteunt bij de selectie/auditie procedure.

Zie bijgevoegde notitie Motivering aankondiging in het kader van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf i.v.m. de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging. Deze ontbrak bij publicatie en is toegevoegd aan de aankondiging.

Met deze aankondiging van vrijwillige transparantie wil Fontys Hogeschool de

markt informeren over haar voornemen om de overeenkomst met PortalPlus Cloud Solutions B.V. aan te gaan te gaan voor een vaste duur van 4 (vier) jaar met optionele verlengingsmogelijkheden. FHK kiest voor een duur van 4 (vier) periode gelet op de eenmalige kosten en investeringen die FHK moet doen in de inrichting van de oplossing en opleiden van gebruikers. Echter, FHK zal niet langer dan nodig de opdracht op slot te zetten en om op ontwikkelingen in de markt te kunnen inspelen, en zal ten tijde van de verlengingsmogelijkheden onderzoeken of er redelijke en volwaardige alternatieven of substituten zijn, en alsdan besluiten over voortzetting of aanbesteding van de opdracht.

Het voorgaande maakt dat Fontys Hogeschool heeft besloten een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging te doorlopen met PortalPlus Cloud Solutions B.V., de huidige leverancier. Zie bijgaande notitie Motivering aankondiging in het kader van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf i.v.m. de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging.
