De Overeenkomst treedt in werking na ondertekening en start met de implementatie. De looptijd van de implementatie duurt tot de livegang en is naar verwachting uiterlijk vier (4) maanden.

          Na livegang heeft de Overeenkomst nog een looptijd van vier (4) jaar met, éénzijdig door Aanbestedende dienst uit te oefenen, tweemaal de optie tot verlenging van maximaal twaalf (12) maanden.
