De Opdracht ziet op het sociaal beheer van de opvanglocaties, die in eerste instantie vooral

uit Oekraïense vluchtelingen zal bestaan maar ook een noodlocatie voor asielzoekers. In de

toekomst kunnen er andere locaties en doelgroepen zijn, waar de gemeente huisvesting voor

moet creëren, allen gelegen binnen de gemeente Venlo of ten behoeve van de gemeente

Venlo.

Gelet op diverse onzekere factoren is het niet mogelijk om vooraf een geraamde waarde of omvang van de opdracht kenbaar te maken. Een inschatting van het volume van de werkzaamheden is daarom niet te geven. Veel is afhankelijk van diverse en onzekere factoren en het totale uitvoeringsproces, mede daarom is gekozen om telkens deelopdrachten per locatie te verstrekken. Op dit moment zijn de kosten t.b.v. de

dienstverlening op de huidige locaties ca. € 100.000,- per maand.

Als maximale waarde voor de totale opdracht (twee jaar plus twee jaar verlenging) zal een maximum gelden van 8 miljoen euro excl. btw.

Per locatie zal de gemeente Venlo schriftelijk opdracht verstrekken aan op basis van de voorwaarden en uitgangspunten in deze aanbestedingsprocedure.
