De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om u in te schrijven voor de aanbesteding van de levering van dieselmotor onderdelen, fabricaat Caterpillar voor
de Koninklijke Marine.
De af te roepen onderdelen zijn benodigd voor het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan deze dieselmotoren. Zie voor
meer informatie de aanbesteding op negometrix.
De hierbij gebruikte procedure is de niet openbare procedure uit de Aanbestedingswet op defensie-
en veiligheidsgebied.
De procedure verloopt volledig elektronisch via het online aanbestedingsplatform Negometrix. Nadere informatie over het

De geraamde waarde is 5.100.000 EUR excl BTW. Echter, de maximum hoeveelheid kan hoger komen te liggen dan de geraamde hoeveelheid, dit kan komen doordat de
Aanbestedende dienst meer onderdelen nodig heeft voor de uitvoering van haar taak.
Dit bijvoorbeelde ten gevolge van beleidsmatige keuzes binnen
de Aanbestedende dienst of door politieke besluiten en internationale gebeurtenissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Ook kan het zijn dat de inschrijfprijzen hoger kunnen zijn dan
verwacht, door schaarste van onderdelen of indexaties.
De maximumwaarde van de opdracht hangt mede af van het bedrag dat de leverancier in
rekening brengt dan wel van de exacte vraag van de Aanbestedende dienst. Op basis van de bovengenoemde redenen verwacht Aanbestedende dienst dat de maximale waarde van de
raamovereenkomst kan oplopen tot maximaal 2 keer van de zorgvuldig geraamde waarde, waardoor de maximale aanbestedingswaarde EUR 10.200.000,- exclusief
BTW.
