Voor u ligt het marktconsultatie document inzake "Europese aanbesteding Plastics" ten behoeve van het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum, Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen en Universitair Medisch Ziekenhuis Utrecht (hierna te noemen: de UMC"s). De UMC"s zijn voornemens om in het derde kwartaal van 2023 de aanbesteding Plastics middels een Europese aanbesteding op de markt te zetten.

Het betreft een marktconsultatie ten behoeve van de toekomstige Europese aanbesteding Lab Plastics.

De UMC’s willen een langlopende raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één of meerdere leverancier(s). Dit is onder andere afhankelijk van de uitkomst van de marktconsultatie. De percelen zijn als volgt:

• Perceel 1: Pipetpunten, Filtertips en bulk

• Perceel 2: Reactievaatjes en Serologische pipetten/buizen

• Perceel 3: Kweekfles/plaat en Petrischalen

Met deze aanbesteding en de daaruit voortvloeiende overeenkomst beogen de UMC’s de volgende doelstellingen te bereiken:

• Standaardisatie en uniformiteit;

• Bezuinigen op de inkoopuitgaven;

• Continuïteit van leveringen;

• Producten met juiste prijs-kwaliteit verhouding;

• Reductie van contracten.
