De basis van de opdracht wordt gevormd door een aantal afspraken en regelingen:

Landelijk vormt het Sportakkoord II en het daarbij behorende addendum BRC de basis voor de

opdracht buurtsportcoaches, die is verbonden aan de Brede SPUK waar ook het Gezond en

Actief Leven Akkoord (GALA) onder valt. Lokaal is de ‘Sportvisie Almere: Sportstad Vol

Betekenis’ de basis voor de uitvoering van de opdracht. Het uitvoeringsbeleid van de Gemeente

Almere 2021-2026 bepaalt de kaders.

Om bovenstaande te bereiken is intensieve samenwerking met de sportaanbieders, onderwijs

en (maatschappelijke) partners in het gebied noodzakelijk. Dit geldt ook voor het gebruik van

beschikbare (lokale) data en kennis over werkzame aanpakken.

De opdracht bestaat in totaal uit 5 percelen.

Nota bene: het betreft een volledig digitale aanbesteding via TenderNed. Dit betekent

onder andere dat in beginsel alle communicatie via TenderNed verloopt. Zie verder de

aanbestedingsdocumenten. In het bijzonder uw attentie voor het volgende:

Sinds 27 juni 2015 kunnen gebruikers van Nederlandse ondernemingen op TenderNed

alleen nog inloggen via eHerkenning. Zonder eHerkenning heeft u geen toegang meer tot

de gegevens van uw onderneming en kunt u niet deelnemen aan digitale aanbestedingen.

Schaf daarom tijdig een persoonsgebonden eHerkenningsmiddel met minimaal

betrouwbaarheidsniveau 2 aan bij een erkende leverancier. Koppel dit middel vervolgens

aan uw gebruikersaccount in TenderNed. Hiervoor logt u eerst in met uw gebruikersnaam

en wachtwoord van Tenderned. Heeft u uw eHerkenningsmiddel eenmaal gekoppeld, dan

logt u voortaan in met uw eHerkenningsmiddel. Zie ook http://www.tenderned.nl/voorondernemingen/ondersteuning

Tot slot: het is technisch mogelijk gedurende de gehele procedure vragen te stellen via

TenderNed. De aanbestedende dienst heeft deze technische mogelijkheid niet willen sluiten,

omdat er zich lopende een aanbesteding altijd prangende vragen kunnen voordoen, ook na de

daarvoor in de planning opgenomen momenten. Dit doet er echter niets aan af dat de planning

zoals opgenomen in de aanbestedingsdocumenten en/of nota’s van inlichtingen leidend is

voor het verloop van de procedure.
