The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit your Candidature in the tendering procedure no. SAP 20469258/NX 216360 for the delivery of Short Range Anti-Tank weapons.
This European tendering procedure will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior notice pursuant to the Dutch Defence and Security Procurement Act (ADV), which law implements the European Union public procurement directive in the field of Defence and Security (Directive 2009/81/EC).
