Deze aankondiging is een oproep tot mededinging.

De dienst betreft het exploiteren van het keringhuis door middel van:

1. Bewustwording Publiek

2. Het ontwikkelen van educatieve zaken.

3. Het verzorgen van rondleidingen.

4. Het verzorgen van de interne zaken van het Keringhuis en de facilitaire zaken.

5. Het uitbouwen en ontwikkelen van de exploitatie om zo veel mogelijk bezoekers te blijven trekken.

6. Het bieden van een kwalitatief hoogwaardige ontvangst voor gasten van diverse Ministeries, Provincie Zuid-Holland en Hoogheemraadschap Delftland in de regio en Nederland.

7. Opereren als verlengstuk van beheerder van de Maeslantkering & Hartelkering bij test- en stormsluitingen van de Europoortkering.
