VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden van de oorspronkelijke VtW zijn reserve onderdelen gebruikt die op voorraad lagen (om zo snel mogelijk het gebrek op te heffen). De betreffende reserve onderdelen moesten wel weer worden aangevuld. Vandaar deze nalevering.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Dit betreft een wijziging op basis van artikel 2.163d. Om de uitvoering van de oorspronkelijke aanbesteding goed te laten verlopen en het gebrek zo snel mogelijk op te heffen, is er gekozen gebruik te maken van reserve onderdelen. Noodzakelijk is dan ook om deze reserve onderdelen weer aan te vullen.
