         A. Ontwerp

         • Een toekomstbestendig ontwerp in de vorm van een High Level Design waarin wordt beschreven hoe het Deltion College met de aangeboden hard- en software zijn doelstellingen betreffende connectiviteit kan behalen.

         • Een uitwerking van dit ontwerp in een concrete oplossing: een lijst van componenten (hard- en software).

         B. Hardware en software

         • De hardware en de (licenties op de) software van de oplossing. 

         C. Implementatie

         • Het opstellen van een projectplan voor de implementatie van de oplossing, inclusief de installatie en van de hardware en software en de migratie vanuit de huidige situatie.

         • De uitvoering van dit projectplan in samenwerking met (de afdeling I&A van) het Deltion College.

         D. Support

         • Het leveren van (derdelijns) support op de oplossing gedurende de gehele contractperiode.

         • Het leveren van garantie en eventuele toekomstige uitbreidingen op de oplossing.
