De aanbestedende dienst wenst één (1) leverancier te contracteren voor arbodienstverlening. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een rechtmatig afgesloten overeenkomst van drie (3) jaar, met vier (4) optionele verleningen van één (1) jaar. De beoogde ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 mei 2023.

De kerntaak van de te contracteren leverancier inzake arbodienstverlening is het ondersteunen van de aanbestedende dienst bij het arbeidsomstandighedenbeleid en het verzuimbeleid. De aanbestedende dienst zoekt daarbij een leverancier die minimaal beschikt over de volgende vier (4) kerndeskundigen: een bedrijfsarts (die gemiddeld 12 uur per week beschikbaar dient te zijn), een arbeidshygiënist, een veiligheidskundige en een arbeid- en organisatiedeskundige.

De arbodienstverlening omvat de volgende elementen:

- verzuimbegeleiding en het voorkomen van verzuim;

- de begeleiding door een (vaste) bedrijfsarts en vervanger daarvan;

- ondersteuning bij de wet Poortwachter;
