         Dit is de Europees openbare aanbesteding voor een e-HRM Personeels- en salarisadministratiesysteem van Gemeente de Fryske Marren.

         De opdracht omvat de implementatie en realisatie van een personeelsinformatie en salarissysteem. Naast een 100% betrouwbare salarisverwerking willen wij extra inzetten op het digitaliseren van P&O gerelateerde processen. Uiteindelijk moet het voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers zo eenvoudig mogelijk zijn om aanvragen, declaraties, dossiers, etc. in te dienen of in te zien. Ruim 720 medewerkers zullen gebruik maken van het systeem.
