         Aanbestedende dienst wenst nieuwe verkeersregeltoestellen te betrekken bij een kwalitatief hoogstaande leverancier en het onderhoud door dezelfde ondernemer op een consistente en eenduidige wijze te laten uitvoeren op basis van marktconforme tarieven.

         Om tot deze doelstelling te komen wenst opdrachtgever één (1) ondernemer te contracteren op basis van een raamovereenkomst.

         De werkzaamheden bestaan uit diverse deelopdrachten voor nieuwe of te vervangen verkeersregeltoestellen en beperken zich in hoofdzaak tot:

         a. het leveren van nieuwe verkeersregeltoestellen;

         b. het uitvoeren van correctief en preventief onderhoud aan de verkeersregeltoestellen gedurende de technische of economische levensduur van minimaal 15 jaar per verkeersregeltoestel die binnen deze overeenkomst worden geleverd;

         c. het uitvoeren van wijzigingen aan alle binnen deze overeenkomst geleverde verkeersregeltoestellen.

         Het installatiewerk van de verkeersregeltoestellen maakt geen onderdeel uit van deze aanbesteding

      De overeenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van 24 maanden en gaat in per 1 november 2023. De initiële contracttermijn eindigt op 31 oktober 2025. Opdrachtgever heeft de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst twee maal met 12 maanden onder dezelfde condities te verlengen. Gecombineerd met de levering van een verkeersregeltoestel wordt een onderhoudscontract gesloten met een looptijd variërend tussen de 15 en 20 jaar.
