         Binnen het team OBW-OWK bestaat de behoefte om het jaarlijkse baggerwerkzaamheden middels een raamovereenkomst in de markt te zetten.

         Het doel van deze raamovereenkomst is om tijdens deze aanbestedingsprocedure al een groot aantal voorwaarden overeen te gekomen waaronder toekomstige deelopdrachten gegund worden (zoals eenheidsprijzen, opslagpercentages, kwaliteit, leveringsvoorwaarden, aansprakelijkheid, etc.). Dit zal worden vastgelegd in de RAW-raamovereenkomst.

         Hierdoor is bij een concrete deelopdracht snel een eenvoudig offerte- en gunningstraject te doorlopen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het team OBW-OWK op een efficiënte wijze de jaarlijkse hoeveelheid te baggeren watergangen kan verwezenlijken.
