         DNB wenst een Raamovereenkomst te sluiten met een Intermediair die het gehele

         proces van selecteren, reserveren, wijzigen en eventueel annuleren van

         Vergaderaccommodaties en Hotelovernachtingen in Nederland uitvoert. Daarnaast

         zorgt de Intermediair voor de administratieve en de financiële afhandeling en

         adviseert vanuit zijn expertise over de totale dienstverlening.
