         De RET wenst met deze aanbesteding maximaal één Opdrachtnemer te contracteren die vóór 1 december 2023 218 abri’s kan produceren en plaatsen op de haltes van de RET in het RET-vervoersgebied in Rotterdam, Vlaardingen en Albrandswaard. Na 2023 is het mogelijk dat nog meer abri’s worden geplaatst of dat de RET onderdelen bestelt bij de Opdrachtnemer van de Overeenkomst. Tevens valt onder de Overeenkomst het verwijderen, afvoeren en op milieutechnisch verantwoorde wijze slopen van oude abri’s, conform de eisen en wensen van de RET.

         Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst voor:

         1. de levering en plaatsing van ca. 218 abri’s vóór 1 december 2023,

         2. de levering en plaatsing van abri’s gedurende de contractduur,

         3. het leveren van losse onderdelen van diverse typen abri’s gedurende de contractduur,

         4. het op milieutechnisch verantwoorde wijze slopen, verwijderen en afvoeren van oude abri’s die op de betreffende haltes staan,

         in het vervoersgebied van de RET in Rotterdam, Vlaardingen en Albrandswaard.
