         Vattenfall heeft het voornemen om een warmtestation te realiseren in de wijk Zeeburg te Amsterdam, bestaande uit een warmte buffer en booster voor piek en back-up warmtelevering.

         Voor de aanbesteding en uitvoering is een onderverdeling gemaakt in een drietal technische disciplines:

         Lot 1; Buffervat (Heat Accumulation Tank),

         Lot 2; Installatietechniek (Process)

         Lot 3; Civiele werken

         Deze aanbesteding betreft de benodigde Installatietechniek (Procesinstallatie, Lot 2).

         Naast deze aanbesteding voor de procesinstallatie, zullen afzonderlijk nog aanbestedingen gepubliceerd worden voor de voornoemde realisatie van het Buffervat (Lot 1) en de Civiele werken (Lot 3).

         Vattenfall voorziet haar klanten in het Amsterdamse Oostelijke havengebied van warmte uit haar Diemen centrale.

         Om groei en verduurzaming mogelijk te maken is het noodzakelijk om een warmtestation te realiseren in de wijk Zeeburg te Amsterdam, bestaande uit een warmte buffer en een

         booster voor piek en back-up warmtelevering, verder genoemd Heat Source Zeeburg (HSZ).

         Deze aanbesteding betreft zoals eerder vermeld de benodigde installatietechniek (procesinstallaties Lot 2).

         De omvang van levering onder andere de uitvoeringsgerichte engineering / werkvoorbereiding, inkoop van benodigde materialen en producten, de

         realisatie van de procesinstallaties, het testen, de inbedrijfstelling en de oplevering van de hier aanbestede werken.

         Voor de realisatie bestaat een significante samenhang met zowel de leverancier van de warmtebuffer als de civiele nevenaannemer.

         Het totaal dient als een werkend geheel te worden opgeleverd.
