         ​De aanbestedende dienst wenst met één inschrijver per perceel een Overeenkomst Met Open Posten (OMOP) voor het uitvoeren van toekomstige opdrachten op het gebied van onderhoud van watergangen in het gehele beheersgebied van WRIJ af te sluiten.

         Binnen de OMOP worden nadere opdrachten gegeven middels het Onderhoud Beheers Systeem (Hierna te noemen OBS).

         De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van vier jaar, met een optionele verlenging van één keer 2 jaar en twee keer één jaar.

         Ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 juni 2023.

         De werkzaamheden welke aan de watergangen uitgevoerd moeten worden bestaan in zijn algemeenheid uit het uitmaaien watergangen, klepelen droge taluds, opruimen vrijgekomen maaisel bij uitmaaien watergangen, maaien en opruimen natuurvriendelijke oevers.

         De aanbesteding is opgedeeld in 3 percelen:
