Deze opdracht betreft het laten ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een marketingstrategie en -campagne voor jeugdigen van 10 tot en met 23 jaar. De campagne richt zich elke periode op een nieuw thema (bijvoorbeeld ‘eenzaamheid’). Gedurende het traject willen we een aantal thema’s aan bod laten komen. Daarnaast wenst de gemeente Eindhoven geadviseerd te worden hoe zij dit het beste kunnen vormgeven voor 2023 en verder. Ter voorbereiding en verkenning van de markt, vindt er een marktconsultatie plaats. Hiermee wil de gemeente Eindhoven adviezen verkrijgen van marktpartijen ten aanzien van de aanbesteding marketingstrategie en -campagne.
