Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

De noodzaak van de aanvulling: VTW 26 betreft de herstelwerkzaamheden van een beweegbaar geluidscherm aan de Noordelijke Schinkelbrug. Er zijn na aanleiding van een inspectie extra problemen geconstateerd, die tot aanvullende werkzaamheden aan het beweegbare geluidscherm Schinkelbrug hebben geleid. Aanvulling stond niet in de oorspronkelijke aanbestedingsstukken, maar valt onder de scope van het prestatiecontract.
