         Voor het Nederlands Herseneninstituut (NHI) en voor het Internationaal Instituut voor Sociale Geschiedenis (IISG)  is deze Europese Aanbesteding Schoonmaakonderhoud  in de markt gezet.

         De opdracht bestaat uit dagelijkse en periodieke schoonmaakonderhoud, vloeronderhoud en glasbewassing.

         De opdracht is onderverdeeld in 2 percelen waarbij Perceel 1 locatie NHI betreft en perceel 2 IISG.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Het Nederlands Herseninstituut (afgekort tot NHI, of in het Engels NIN) verricht fundamenteel en strategisch wetenschappelijk onderzoek op het gebied van de neurowetenschappen. Het accent ligt daarbij op hersenonderzoek en onderzoek naar het visuele systeem. Het NHI onderzoekt hoe de hersenen cognitieve functies – zoals bewustzijn, perceptie, beweging, leren en sociale interacties – mogelijk maken. Ook wordt onderzocht hoe deze functies verstoord raken bij hersenziekten. Onderdelen van het NHI zijn de Nederlandse Hersenbank, het Nederlands Slaapregister en het Spinoza Centre, die (inter)nationale faciliteiten leveren voor het onderzoek naar onder andere menselijk hersenweefsel, cognitieve functies en slaappatronen.          Binnen het NHI vallen een groot aantal kantoren, laboratoria en onderzoeksruimten. Alle onderdelen vallen binnen de scope. Volgens de huidige plannen staat er in 2025 een verhuizing op de planning waarbij naar schatting het totale schoon te maken vloeroppervlak met ca. 300m2 afneemt. vloeroppervlak afneemt.

         In het NHI zijn dagelijks 150-200 medewerkers aanwezig en incidenteel zijn er groepen bezoekers in het pand (maximaal 100).

         Het belangrijkste aandachtspunt ligt bij de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak, ontzorging, flexibiliteit en de juiste kennis omtrent aanpak en inzet van passende middelen en materialen. Wij verwachten van u:

         - Juiste kennis en kunde om een kantooromgeving, onderzoekscentrum en laboratoria schoon te kunnen en mogen maken;

         - Schoonmaakkwaliteit verbeteren en waarborgen;

         - Goed en flexibel team die het NHI ontzorgt.

         Bij de uitvoer van de Opdracht binnen Perceel 1 geldt het contactpersoon van het NHI als uw aanspreekpunt.

          Het Internationaal Instituut voor Sociale Geschiedenis (IISG) onderzoekt hoe de werk- en arbeidsverhoudingen zich wereldwijd op de lange termijn ontwikkelen. Hiervoor verzamelt het IISG archieven en data op mondiale schaal. Het IISG verzamelt en analyseert gegevens over sociale en economische ontwikkelingen sinds 1500. Het doel is om erachter te komen hoe ongelijkheid binnen en tussen samenlevingen ontstaat. Meer informatie vindt u op www.iisg.amsterdam/nl.

          Het IISG is voornamelijk een kantoorgebouw maar bevat ook een groot historisch archief.

          Het belangrijkste aandachtspunt ligt bij de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak, ontzorging, flexibiliteit en de juiste kennis omtrent aanpak en inzet van passende middelen en materialen. Wij verwachten van u:
