În cadrul acestui proiect se prevăd lucrări de consolidare, restaurare și reconstrucție. Procesul de reconstrucție include consolidarea pereţilor exteriori şi interiori a parapetului, schimbarea completă a acoperişilui, schimbarea planşeelor din lemn cu toate lucrările de demolare (pereţi dispărţitori, pardoseli, planşee, scara auxiliară, sisteme de utilităţi), precum şi lucrările de montare a sistemului electric interior, ventilare, condiționare, încălzire, sisteme de pază, semnalizare incendiu, stingere incendiu, vedeosupraveghere.
