   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         - statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been pronounced against the economic operator within the past five years for a committed crime stated in Art. 88, paragraph 1 of the LPP;

         - certificate stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

         - certificate stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

         - certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

         - certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty - ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public - private partnership has been pronounced;

         - certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty - temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced;

         - certificate stating that no misdemeanour sanction - ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

         The economic operator must be registered as a legal entity for performing activities related to the subject of the contract - the ability to perform a professional activity, i.e. one of the following activities according to the National Classification of Activities in the Republic of North Macedonia: - Performance of energy activity namely: production of electricity, electricity transmission, electricity distribution, electricity supply, electricity trade, organization and management of the electricity market, natural gas production, natural gas transmission, organization and management of the natural gas market, distribution of natural gas, supply of natural gas, trade in natural gas, production of heat energy, distribution of heat energy, supply of heat energy (codes 35.1 and 35.2) or - Designing, revision, construction and supervision of the construction of buildings (codes 41, 42 and 43) or - Financial service activities (codes 64.3, 64.9, 66.1 and 66.3). To prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity issued by the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered. If the country in which the economic operator is registered does not issue a document confirming that the economic operator is registered to perform the activity, the public partner shall accept a statement that the economic operator certifies with a competent authority or, as an exception, a notary in the country in which the economic operator is registered and in which it is stated that the specific certificate is not issued in the country and the activity for which the economic operator is registered and performed is stated. If a foreign economic operator is registered with the competent authority in the country with a general business clause, which means that it can perform all activities except for those activities for which a special permit, license or other document issued by a competent authority is required by law the state, then there is no need to specify the specific professional activity in the confirmation or statement. If the foreign economic operator is not registered with a general business clause, then it must be registered for performing one of the following activities in accordance with the National Classification of Activities in the Republic of North Macedonia: - Performing energy activity, namely: electricity production, electricity transmission, electricity distribution, electricity supply, electricity trade, organization and management of the electricity market, production o

         For Part 1 – It needs to have a minimum annual income of EUR 7,000,000 during the last 2 years (for each year individually 2021 and 2022) For Part 2 - It needs to have a minimum annual income of EUR 30,000,000 during the last 2 years (for each year individually 2021 and 2022 year). For Part 3 - It needs to have a minimum annual income of EUR 1,700,000 during the last 2 years (for each year individually 2021 and 2022). For Part 4 - It needs to have a minimum annual income of EUR 1,700,000 in the last 2 years (for each year individually 2021 and 2022). For Part 5 - It needs to have a minimum annual income of EUR 1,700,000 during the last 2 years (for each year individually 2021 and 2022).

FOR PART 2 - To have invested in the construction, built or as a subcontractor participated in the construction of a power plant/s from a renewable energy source with a total installed power of at least 34 MW, during the last 10 years and/or - To carry out the activity of electricity production from renewable energy source with a total installed capacity of at least 34 MW, during the last 10 years. FOR PART 3 - To have invested in the construction, built or as a subcontractor participated in the construction of a power plant/s from a renewable energy source with a total installed power of at least 2 MW, during the last 10 years and/or - To carry out the activity of electricity production from renewable energy source with a total installed capacity of at least 2 MW, during the last 10 years. FOR PART 4 - To have invested in the construction, built or as a subcontractor participated in the construction of a power plant/s from a renewable energy source with a total installed power of at least 2 MW, during the last 10 years and/or - To carry out the activity of electricity production from renewable energy source with a total installed capacity of at least 2 MW, during the last 10 years.
