         1 The device should be intended for operation and ventilation of adult and pediatric patients, namely invasive, non-invasive ventilation and oxygen therapy with respiratory range tidal volume 20 ml. - 2000 ml.

         2 Be placed on its own trolley, with lockable wheels.

         3 The device should provide propulsion through a built-in own turbine that works independently of a central compressed air system

         4 The device should be able to be used for inter-clinical transport of patients and in an ambulance without the addition of an additional compressor.

         5 The device should have an emergency valve in case of interruption of oxygen supply, to automatically switch the device to spontaneous breathing mode through filtered ambient air.

         6 To have a software procedure for easy and quick aspirating, whereby by pressing a button, the device switches to suction mode, and after completion of the same, an automatic valve is turned on that oxygenates the patient for at least 2 minutes.

         7 To have an outlet for connecting to a pneumatic medication nebulizer that is synchronized with inspiration.
