         5.3.1 Ability to perform professional activity

         5.3.1.1 The right to participate in the procedure has every economic operator who is registered as a natural or legal person for the performance of the activity related to the subject of procurement or belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

         5.3.1.2 The right to participate in the procedure has every economic operator who fulfills the special conditions for carrying out the activity prescribed in accordance with the law, which refer to the subject of procurement.

         5.3.1.3 To prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit:

         -Certificate of registered activity as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person for the performance of the activity related to the object of procurement or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where he is registered.

         -License/permit/certificate as proof that the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed by law have been met. The bidder should possess a License (A) for a contractor to perform constructions of the first (I) category;
