         — Valid license for performing energy related professional activity: supplying electric power, issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia.

         — EIC code issued by AD MEPSO – Skopje as instrument of energy related activity: trade with electric power and/or supplying electric power;

         — proof that he is a registered participant in the market for electric power in accordance with the rules on the market for electric power;

         — a contract for balance responsibility in accordance with the Rules on the market for electric power; and

         — statement that the Bidder of Active electric power accepts to take on himself the balance responsibility and to insert us as a consumer in their balance responsible group.
