         In the last five years, the Economic Operator must have executed at least 10 contracts of the same or similar nature with the subject of procurement, of which at least 3 contracts must be with trading companies with dominant foreign capital or international organizations. The average value of 5 of the 10 realized contracts from the previous paragraph, which are of the highest value, should be at least 10,000 euros.

         The economic operator should have hired at least 5 (five) persons, who possess a license for authorized auditors issued by the Council for the Advancement and Supervision of the Audit of the Republic of North Macedonia and who have a minimum of five years of experience similar to the subject of the procurement. The procurement holder will appoint an expert team of 4 people, all four of whom must be in permanent employment in the entity of the procurement holder (of which 1 team leader and 3 key experts) and additionally 1 person who will be available regardless of whether it is employed by the economic operator or not.
