         IV.2.2) Ability for performing professional activity of the economic operator

         - Document for registered activity: Certificate of registered activity (CRA template) as a proof for being registered as natural person or legal entity for the performance of the activity related to the subject of procurement or proof that they belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where they are registered. - License for the performance of energy activity, electricity supply, issued by the Energy and Water Services Regulatory Commission of Republic of North Macedonia, as a proof of fulfilling the special conditions for performance of the activity prescribed in accordance with the law relating to the contract subject, - EIC code, issued by AD MEPSO for electricity supply, - if the bidder is a BRS (Balance Responsible Party), it should submit a Balance Responsibility Agreement, - if the bidder is part of a BG (Balance Group), it should submit a Balance Responsibility Agreement from the Balance Responsible Party and a document for assuming balance responsibility by the Balance Responsible Party for the bidder, - Contract for being registered as a participant in the electricity market in accordance with the Electricity Market Rules.

         IV.2.1) In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

         - statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past 5 years for a committed crime pursuant to Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement;

         - certificate stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

         - certificate stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

         - certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

         - certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty - ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public - private partnership has been pronounced;

         - certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty - temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced;

         - certificate stating that no misdemeanour sanction - ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.
