         The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the minimum conditions by submitting: - Statement that it has a closed service work area of ​​at least 250 m2, an open parking area of ​​at least 500 m2 and a description of the equipment it has according to the above minimum conditions. - A statement in which the professional staff hired to perform auto mechanic and auto electrician services will be specified by name and surname, of which at least 3 auto mechanics and 1 auto electrician. - Proof that he is an authorized service from the manufacturer of the vehicles for which the offer is submitted (for lot 1, lot 2, lot 12, lot 13 and lot 18).
