         Statement by the Economic Operator that a legally valid court decision for commitment of a criminal act as defined under Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement has not been pronounced against the Economic Operator in the last 5 years

         Economic Operator shall have implemented at least 10 contracts of the same nature as the subject of procurement over the last five years, of which at least 3 with trading companies with a dominant foreign capital or international organizations.

         Economic Operator shall have engaged at least 5 (five) persons holding a license for authorized auditors issued by the Audit Promotion and Supervision Council of the of the Republic of North Macedonia and having a minimum of five years of experience in works similar to the subject of the procurement. Data on total work experience according to the records of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of North Macedonia shall not be considered as "experience". The selected Bidder shall appoint an expert team of three members, all of whom shall be in a permanent employment relationship in the entity of the selected Bidder (and of whom 1 team leader and 2 key experts), and additional 2 persons who will be available regardless whether they are employed by the Economic Operator or not.
