Description: The company providing access services to the Internet network by optical fiber must connect all the workplaces in the localities indicated in Annex no.1 with the following technical parameters: 1) Type 1: For the employment of the Community social worker/territorial office: Provision of services – 24 hours/365 days; Traffic – Unlimited; Upload speed – min 50 Mbps; Download speed – min 50 Mbps; linear physical connection, User Equipment Connection Interface – Ethernet. Number of points – 325 2) Type 2: For the employment of the Community social worker/territorial office: Provision of services – 24 hours/365 days; Traffic – Unlimited; Upload speed – min 100 Mbps; Download speed – min 100 Mbps; physical linear fibre-optic connection, User equipment connection interface – Ethernet. Number of points – 609 Type of connection equipment: • Router; • Static IP address. • Unlimited traffic; • All points are required to be connected by physical linear fiber-optic connections. In the offer will be indicated the type of connection for each point; • The upload/download speed is indicated for the resources of the Internet network segment in the Republic of Moldova. 3) Type 3: For the employment of employees of Territorial Social Assistance Agencies, Territorial Social Assistance Structures: Provision of services – 24 hours/365 days; Traffic – Unlimited; Upload speed – min 1 Gbs; Download speed – 1 Gbs; physical linear fibre-optic connection, User equipment connection interface – Ethernet. Type of connection equipment: • Router; • Static IP address. • Unlimited traffic; • All points are required to be connected by physical linear fiber-optic connections. In the offer will be indicated the type of connection for each point; • The upload/download speed is indicated for the resources of the Internet network segment in the Republic of Moldova. Number of points – 43. 4) Type 4: For the workplace of the employees of the Centres for the Provision of Social Assistance Services subordinated to the Territorial Social Assistance Agencies/Territorial Social Assistance Structures and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection: Provision of services – 24 hours/365 days; Traffic – Unlimited; Upload speed – min 100 Mbps; Download speed – min 100 Mbps; physical linear fibre-optic connection, User equipment connection interface – Ethernet, including IPTV. Type of connection equipment: • Router; • Static IP address. • Unlimited traffic; • All points are required to be connected by physical linear fiber-optic connections. In the offer will be indicated the type of connection for each point; • The upload/download speed is indicated for the resources of the Internet network segment in the Republic of Moldova. Number of points – 88. • The necessary equipment shall be included in the total amount of the offer and, if necessary, defective equipment shall be replaced within 72 hours at the expense of the service providing company throughout the duration of the contract. • Connection deadline - by December 31, 2026. • The quality of the services provided must be no less than 99%. • Technical support services 8 hours/5 days.
