Description: The project is for the provision of: Construction of a new build community & sporting facility comprising; • 4nr new full-sized natural grass GAA pitches (3 of which are floodlit) • 3nr New build buildings including: o New build complex building with changing/meeting rooms/offices/canteen/museum space and adjoining covered grandstand including spectator seating o New build pavilion building including a lift/fitness suite & gym/changing/matchday officials’ spaces o New build indoor Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) o Additional ancillary buildings (turnstiles, ticketing office, shop) • External works involving extensive cut & fill works, drainage diversion, infrastructure, hardstanding, utilities, roads, car parking, fencing & other ancillary works and works outside the Site within the public domain (including road junction improvements) • Demolition & site clearance works of the existing Pavilion building • Provision of overhead NIE cable diversion • Improved access arrangements • Enhanced landscaping (hard & soft) • Walking trail • Refurbishment of existing children’s playground. The Contract period is expected to be c.18 months.
