Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Extension of duration of the FWC 10651 by 6 months, until 30 June 2024, with a possibility of two renewals for 3 extra months each (i.e., until 31 December 2024), and addition of a further price post/invoice code to the price schedule.

No increase in value.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

The necessity to maintain eTendering and to publish corrigenda and contract award notices for calls for tenders published in the ‘old’ notices until 30 June 2024, aiming at facilitating the transition of EU institutions, bodies and agencies to the eForms.
