      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Dans le cadre de sa mission d’assistance à la maîtrise d’ouvrage, le Soumissionnaire devra réaliser en collaboration avec le service MOA et les services métier, l’analyse fonctionnelle des besoins, des procédures de travail et des outils informatiques en relation avec des chaînes de traitement ayant des niveaux de complexité variés, y inclus les modules transverses, ainsi que la chaîne des décomptes internationaux dans l’écosystème EESSI, dans le but de rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles qui seront transmises au fournisseur de services informatiques (Centre informatique de la sécurité sociale-CISS). Le Soumissionnaire devra également réaliser la préparation et l’exécution de la phase de test et de recette fonctionnelle pour ces différentes chaînes. Ceci inclut la rédaction des cas de test sur base des spécifications fonctionnelles, la réalisation du testing des solutions développées et le suivi de la résolution des bugs. Le Soumissionnaire contribuera également à la mise en place et à l’outillage d’une organisation interne à la CNS en charge de la gestion des chaînes déjà migrées en production. Cette organisation sera en charge de garantir la cohérence globale et de gérer la maintenance évolutive des différentes chaînes.
