The objective of this European research project is to deliver high quality research on cross-border integration across the ESPON space. The analysis shall encompass all cros-border regions across the ESPON programme area, bridging the extensive research done at national and cross-border levels in that regard and adding a European perspective to the notion of bottom-up organised territorial governance for cross-border functional area.
