II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Le présent marché concerne les études, phases APS, APD et EIE pour la future ligne de tram rapide dont l’objectif est de relier le Pôle économique Sud au Pôle économique Luxembourg-Ville sur un axe direct et de desservir les zones d’activité de Foetz et de Leudelange avec un système de transport de plus grande capacité en site propre. La situation existante sur cet axe démontre la nécessité de réaliser un maillage du territoire en complémentarité des lignes CFL (60 et 70) et des lignes de bus (Réseau RGTR et TICE) et de les relier en différents Pôles d’échange dans les villes et en zone périurbaine. Les P+R existants ainsi que les futurs P+R régionaux planifiés seront en liaison avec les extensions urbaines du réseaux tramway. La ligne de Tram Rapide permettra de réaliser des transferts de mode de transport en dehors des zones urbaines afin réduire la pression sur les entrées d’agglomérations. Dans la ville d’Esch/Alzette , la ligne aura un caractère urbain desservant de nouveaux quartiers (Metzeschmelz) et permettant une liaison de qualité vers Belval toujours en cours d’urbanisation. Linéaire de 18,7 km avec entre 12 et 15 stations avec section en aménagement de façades à façades et section en aménagement GLO Mission APS /APD /EIE Publication des marchés : Novembre 2023 Enveloppe travaux pour l’infrastructure et les systèmes tramway: 520 Millions d"€ hors TVA

A ce stade, aucune visite n"est prévue par le Maître de l"ouvrage.
